  • Supplement regimen

In the hope of just getting a little insight, I'd like members to chime in with a list of supplements that you take on a regular basis....if you'd like, break it down for off season/dieting too, as some may change...

Also, if money was tight and you could only get one or two supps, what would they be and why? What supps are there that you use that you simply won't do without?

I'm pretty light in the supplement dept.

    TeamSkip protein
    Fish Oil
    Super Cissus
    BCAA
    Yohimbine (not a fan)

If I could only have 2, it'd be protein and cissus. My joints are quite happy with the super cissus, for sure.
You're perfect, yes it's true. But without me...you're only you.

Interesting...I've been doing a lot of reading on beta-alanine. Might have to give it a try.

Regular basis: Team Skip Protein, TN's Burn, BCAA but wanting to try EAAs, Fish Oil.

From time to time: ECA stack, DMAA on a very low dose.

If just two, Protein and Fish Oil.
…Time is so precious….and you need to ask yourself, what are you going to do today but more importantly, you need to ask yourself – how are you going to do it?

It's one of those supplements that's so incredibly cheap, and the benefits are so promising, that you'd essentially be retarded not to at least try it for a month or two.

I don't consider that a supplement. To me it's a staple that's necessary to get the appropriate amount of protein per day.
