Well I have been away for a few weeks, and am glad to be back, going to continue my journal.
My diet has been going well, fat loss has slowed down a bit, but thats expected.
Im down to 176 pounds, but anyway, the point of this thread is to ask you experts out there....
My skipload is on Friday, I am doing an all nighter at work, finishing at 6 am tomorrow morning. When we do all nighters my boss buys lots of pizza, and i would like to indulge. I was wondering is there any way I could manipulate my skipload to allow me to eat what i liked? Should I do my skipload as normal, or cut down my hours?
Normally pizza is ordered and arrives about 1 or 2 am, so there would still be no more carbs till probably around 12 am when I wake up after sleeping.
What do you guys reckon, should I just abstain from the pizza?
Im asking for advice on what would be BEST for me, not what you would do lol.
