    Been doing IF for 4 weeks now. Down about 15 lbs. Bodyfat unsure. Feel good.
    So MAYBE I was a tad wrong on IF.

      What changes did you make this time around? Are you following Wes old protocol, or doing something different? ie leangains, etc?

        Nice going man. Could you post what you're doing cardio and lifting frequency wise ? Did you made any major change in your diet ? I gave IF a try but didn't notice anything significant. Also at what time are you training if you don't mind me asking ?

                  Shawn what does your fasting days look like just curious what kind of macros are you taking in on those days and how many are fasting a week?

                    I started doing IF once i read about it too.. I just reduced my meals down to four/day with the same macros. I'm loving it

                            Well I was using bcaas but stopped. Noticed a difference after a couple of weeks. I have lifted fasted which was ok actually. I am so beat up though that I cant say how well my training would be.

                            I just shoot for 400-500 grams of protein...and sorta go by feel for the rest.
                            Just addded a fat burner into the mix too.
