Looking strong. Too many people shy away from this for back. I always try to fit these into my program, especially in the offseason.

It is good to see someone actually use nice form during back exercises, rather than the "shrows" and such, for once.
PM me to discuss website/video/dvd etc. related work.

Great form, too many people neglect it when doing pull ups
Recently I started doing weighted pull-ups and dips every workout
3:2 ratio in favor to pull-ups
In few weeks my strength went up quite a bit

                    Better video for the title....

All joking aside, great form and what helped me with my strength on these was the 50 pullup in as many sets as it takes scheme. Eventually 8 sets turned to 7, then to 6, etc, etc

EDIT: The other thing that helped me was when I only had 1-2 left in the tank I would take my elitefts orange band that was already hanging from the handles and put my knees in it for an assisted 2-5 more.

JK, Nice work. I like the stretch at the bottom.
