I was going through people's custom mixes, and I came across a mix that was 80% wpc and 20% cal caseinate, which is suppose to be a good, cheap, all around mix. About $5 bucks I think, per pound. Well, I thought that milk protein has mic. casein and whey in it already and I think on tp.com it's about $5-6 a pound, so my question is, why wouldn't you just get 100% milk protein?

this is true MPI, does consist of both whey and casein. i think a reason people go with a mix instead of the straight MPI, is because of taste. MPI is not the besting tasting protein out and the mixing of whey really seems to help this out.
