New Intense Interview Tomorrow

We are meeting with John Meadows at Elite tomorrow. I've known John for a long time, but haven't spoken with him regularly so I'm looking forward to the interview and catching up. The video may take a week as there will be an interview and workout to edit, but this should be some educational and entertaining footage. We are slowly, but surely working on improving the videos and content. If you have any questions or suggestions for footage for tomorrow let me know. I have a ton of questions myself and will have to limit myself, but if you have some good ones I'll try to squeeze them in as well. Make sure you post these videos on facebook, Myspace, or where ever you can when you see them. We are using these for the membership, but also to promote the site. Two microphones. I'll see how that will work with the equipment I have. In the future, I'd like to upgrade everything, but right now it is what it is.

John's early training was one of my questions. I have some insight on that as well. I think you'll be surprised.
