Anyway, Im always trying to find ways to make bland food taste better and this is my latest creation. I call it " Skillet potatoes".... Original, I know. :whoo:
Ingredients.
93-96 % lean ground beef (cooked measured)
Baked russet potato (microwaved works great)
Chopped onions
Chopped mushrooms
Soy-Sauce (San-J)
Walden farms BBQ sauce
Recipe.
* Place skillet on medium heat and coat a pan with pam spray
* Add in onions and mushrooms and proceed to "brown" them
*Slice baked potato's into small chunks and add them along with the Precooked ground beef to skillet.
* Mix all ingredients with a spatula and continue stirring to avoid food burning.
* Add desired amount of soy sauce and Waldens farm BBQ sauce and continue mixing all ingredients together.
* Raise the heat on the skillet and make sure you continue moving the mix to avoid over burning, continue till you reach the desired crispness.
Thats it, this was AWESOME!!!! Give a go and let me know what you think.
