    Sitting at 190lbs, currently 15 weeks out from the Greater Gulf States... I'm 24 years old & 5'5... all critiques are welcomed. I know I need a lot of muscle on my frame but all I can do at this point is shred what I have

              Structure looks good. For 15 weeks out, you're in good shape. Should be an easy cut.

              Things I would really try to work on are legs and back thickness. Your lat spread from the front looks great, but (much like me) you lose a little bit from the rear.

              You should do very, very well.
