Just realized it's got 10mg iron...how much is too much iron for men? I've always made a point to buy iron free multis...didn't think TN's multi would have iron in it...

RDA for males over the age of 19 is 8mgs a day. For athlete's eating even an iron rich diet, I'd say a dose of 10mg per day would be fine. Not medical advice, but it has never given me issues...
