my bulking diet consisted of eating massive amounts of rice, tuna chicken salmon eggs and oats without sauces or anything else....
it was a chore to shuvel that shit down tbh...
since cutting my cals down to aroun 2900, having only 150grams of carbs spread out over first 4 meals, and getting lots of healthy fats..especially EVOO i have been in HEAVEN...
Im actually enjoying my food now which is strange.
my last meal was chicken breast diced fried with a tablespoon of EVOO and a very small portion of rice and a salad with season salt over it and the excess olive oil from cooking the chicken drizzled all over... and oh some jamaican hot sauce... oh my god... i am hungry still after but jeeezzz does it taste DAYMNNN good....
this diet is gunna be a doddle
