So many different ways to eat that all work well. The best one is the one you adhere to best.

Thanks for sharing. I'll read this tonight.

DOH is right. Adherence is huge. I think that's what is so appealing about this "new" methodology to eating, it is much more forgiving to a multitude of lifestyles.

Yeah. I read alot on the forum you told me about. Lots of good info there. Having done LG before, I have reverted back to that. Going to play around with it and see what tweaks work, and which don't. Right now I am just starting with fasted training and will go from there.

              I would agree.

I also make sure to point this out in my article. The primary things people must address first is something that they can stick to as part of their lifestlye so it must fit their life/discipline levels/goals. A diet is not something that is temporary.

So true. Having a family and active kids make structure very hard. This is easy with that type of lifestyle

Obviously judging by my contest history following a diet isn't an issue....its what you touched upon Mateus (work, family, kids) strict adherence to typical 6 meals/day makes juggling all of these means that when it gets down to crunch time usually at least one of those spheres suffers .....IM frees up quite of time, esp morning productivity
