DOH is right. Adherence is huge. I think that's what is so appealing about this "new" methodology to eating, it is much more forgiving to a multitude of lifestyles.
I also make sure to point this out in my article. The primary things people must address first is something that they can stick to as part of their lifestlye so it must fit their life/discipline levels/goals. A diet is not something that is temporary.

Obviously judging by my contest history following a diet isn't an issue....its what you touched upon Mateus (work, family, kids) strict adherence to typical 6 meals/day makes juggling all of these means that when it gets down to crunch time usually at least one of those spheres suffers .....IM frees up quite of time, esp morning productivity'17 USAPL Chicago Raw
