Hi all, just found out i have fatty liver disease, now if any of you know me my diet is pretty much bang on, i train regularly and i do quite alot of cardio. i dunno how ive got it but ive got it, the point is, theres not much explanation about it online, esp when it comes to foods, but it looks like i might have to lower my fats intake considerably, cut out all refined foods, high GI carbs etc etc??

any experts or people with this disease or generally anyone know anything?
