    Training for Warriors Guru Martin Rooney always throws out internet of his latest ones is the 6500lb challenge:

    Perform 10 reps on the squat with 315lbs and 10 reps on the deadlift with 335lbs (6500 total lbs lifted) and do that as quickly as possible.

    Martin did it in 1:07s

    I took the challenge yesterday and did it in 47s
