  • Anyone include fruit on refeed days?

    Due my 1st refeed this weekend after 2 weeks low carbs.Usually its just Grits,White Rice and cereal bars.Might make the last meal of the day about 100g carbs from Apples and pears....really just for the taste,i love fruit !

    Who else adds Fruit on refeed day ?

      If blueberrys in pancakes and/or strawberry toppings count...then yes. But, normally, fruit isnt on the agenda (for me). Im grabbing the sugary/cereal type foods...

          I include fruit in my normal diet. Usually grapefruit, blueberries and banana. Just 1 serving a day usually.

                I hardly ever eat fruit. Is that a bad thing? Should I eat more?

                  Blueberry Pancakes haha !

                  I dont have fruit on a regular day.Just Brown Rice,Oatmeal with some Fibrous Veg.

                  There is the whole thing that surrounds fruit that in only replenishes Liver Glycogen etc etc,or has that been debunked yet ? I didnt include fruit in my last Pre Contest refeeds.Im sure a little fruit wont hurt
