  • Which training therapy tool for Christmas?

Welcome to the Christmas season everyone. Im thinking about asking for some physical therapy tools for Christmas. I've got a $50 limit (its secret santa with wish lists) and I'm thinking about foam rollers or massage sticks. So far from searching I've found The Grid foam roller and the Body Back Buddy.

What do you guys recommend as the most useful tool? Ive already collected a lacrosse, tennis, and racquet ball but none of those are very easy to use especially on my low back and legs.

I've never used this one, but think it looks pretty interesting. Similar to the Body Back Buddy, it's called the Solomax Self Massage tool (no it is not an erotic pleasure device lol) http://www.performbetter.com/webapp/...splayErrorView

Shazaam! That's like an uber Theracane

To go along with this thread, is there an electric stim machine that would be worth getting?

Mentalflex, that looks kinda ridiculous with the rollerblade wheel attached. The back scratcher attachment really ices the cake haha.

Cmon I know you guys use a multitude of tools. I'm not sure I'm quite up to futures hardcore PVC rolling just yet, but I need to start somewhere. One thing I've considered is getting a stone rolling pin that I can put in the freezer for rolling my quads and IT band after legs day.
