I think knowing the persons stats would help to decide and people need to remember that it really helps to judge intensity by being able to see their face during the set...

Shanquan it is. While I agree with Dobe about Sue's set, 4 plates in the smith for 15 reps is pretty damn good for a woman. Would be curious to know what her 5-8 rep max would be.....anyhow, Shawn's set is pretty sick too! Respect to everyone that posted a vid and continues to kill it in the gym doing this thing we do.

I think a 155 x 6 free squat is pretty damn impressive too. But my wife was left off the poll...trying to get Skip to add her, but it's probably too late seeing as Shanquan already has 4.

I was the video man unfortunately, so I couldn't help her. She gets lower back pain when the reps get too high, so we usually go heavy in the 4-6 range.
She has a really good deadlift...I can't wait until deadlift is the ISOM .
