  • November 2011 Intense Set of the Month submissions

    The exercise this month for the ISOM is any type of squat. It can be a machine squat, regular squat, smith squat, etc..

    I want to see a female kick all of the guy's asses this month.

                        Well here is my submission, I will not be surprised if it gets blown away but i promised myself i would submit a thanksgiving squat video, and in my defense i feel like i almost pulled my hamstrings off the bone in this set haha.
