    Dusty's looking huge.

Dusty, you are hilarious. Poptarts alter the gravitational force in the gym lol.

If you chime in Dusty, do you prefer to push away from you on the angled smith machine??

I loved the bit about the guy with the training advice. Very excited to follow the progress the coming 4 weeks.

God -- I love Dusty's sarcasm in these videos. They really make the videos. I love watching him train - but listening to him is what really makes these videos top notch.

Also, Dusty looks reDONKulous. Like a blueberry muffin poptart (which I will be eating for tommorows skipload)

Might just be me, but his triceps and shoulders looks much improved from previous videos. Triceps especially.

Also, I'll have to dig up that thread on bbing.com where that guy was giving Dusty 'advice'.

Please do that. I'm in need of a laugh after all this physiology.

I've never really seen Dusty train before. I guess Dante trains him? Did he ever do DC training before doing more volume training like he does in the video?

He mainly uses DC, he's just taking a different approach for this prep. I believe I saw him mention that he can't wait to get back to straight DC after Nationals.

Damn, why isn't there any store close to me that sells pop-tarts?

BTW, some shots in this video just make the lats look crazy. Definitely a job well done on those.

I did a search and there is only one store in my city that sells those pop tarts and its right on my way home from work, so I know what I will be eating post workout tomorrow.

I just bought 96 Pop-Tarts on Amazon for $22. That should last for 3 months of post-workout nutrition. Check it out.

I've bought close to 50 before. However long you think they will last, divide by 2, and then divide again.
