Well i'm about 3 weeks out, and still steadily losing weight weekly to get in the best shape of my life. Last year when i competed at this show and i focused more on weight and not really paying attention to my true conditioning.( funny how some gym lights make you look leaner then you are). well last year i weighed in at 229 for my shown and at this point i'm 219 with 3 weeks to go, and alot leaner.
I can't seem to nail my peak week, and i've tried different methods. Depleting for 3 days and trying to carb up slowly. Carbing up the night before. Using fat to see how my body reacts. Just can't seem to nail it.
Wondering how some of the other competitors on here prep for peak week. I know eventually i'll need a prep guy and always consider it, but then realize that i may be out of my league at my height and weight for some shows, and when i add the needed size and feel really competitive, thats when i'll focus on that.
