  • OTS Big Beyond Belief

    Anyone still remember this training routine? I'm currently on 6x/week with each bodypart trained 3x/week. My body seemed to be responding very well to this. Just want to see if anyone else out there used this before. I know it the routine has its roots with Phil Hernon so fitting discussion in a DC forum

    I remember it. The 6x a week thing seems like hell on your joints and tendons. I still have the ebook somewhere, I'll look into the program again because it's been ages since I read it.

        I'm ending 3rd week right now. 5 sets of everything was BRUTAL...5x15 squat is possibly the most difficult thing I've done in a while...

          I have done this program and the 5X15 squats was beyond brutal. After I feel like quitting I just remind myself that I only have 3 sets to go. I don't think the book says you have to do all 5 sets per bodypart with the same exercise though.
