              Nice job man. It's just good to see someone do rack deads rt. Almost every time I see them done people set the stops well above the knee.... Move the wt 3-4"s and impress the hell out of THEMSELVES. Solid range of motion for your rack deads man. Well done.

                      They aren't in my current blast. In my quest for a 700lb deadlift, I have been failing at the knee, which is why I am doing mid shin rack pulls.

                      The videos will switch to floor deads once I switch back to them, for sure.
