    So there is hope for those who can afford to have meat, eggs, poultry or fish as a source of protein, be it because of money or room in their guts, only three times a day. But that's not to say that a lot of room in one's gut wouldn't be needed for a lot of what Meadows has with his protein shakes anyway.

    Sunday's menu

    1- 6 waffles, fruit loops cereal (3 bowls), 3 danish, 2 eggs, sausage, tons of water, lots of fruit

    2 - raw milk protein shake w/ 2 tbls of natural peanut butter, 1 cup of oats

    5 - with kids at zoo - cheeseburger, french fries, 2 chocolate chip cookies, 3 diet cokes, small bag of apple chips

    6 - Reeses peanut butter cup blizzard, chili dog

    7 - raw milk protein shake w/ 1 banana and 2 tab of natural PB, 1 cup of oats...end of pig out

    weight 209..look the same as the 2 days before.....
