  • Sammich's Super Supplement Strength Stack

    I've been taking this combination of stuff for some time now, and it's really helped my strength, so I thought I'd share:

    Note that I measure supplements using volume and not weight, so I have no earthly idea what the gram amount of each bit is.

    OFF DAYS:
    -4 level teaspoons of creatine monohydrate, taken at separate meals
    -1 level teaspoon of beta-alanine
    -2 heaping teaspoons of L-arginine, taken with the creatine

    LIFTING DAYS:
    Before/during lifting:
    -2 level teaspoons of creatine mono
    -1 level teaspoon of beta-alanine
    -3 heaping teaspoons of BCAAs
    -1 heaping teaspoon of L-arginine
    -1 level teaspoon of citrulline malatate
    -1 heaping teaspoon of L-glutamine
    -1 scoop Massive G's Powdered Muscle or high molecular weight carb source (optional, but VERY powerful and effective)
    -Crystal Light to kill BCAA flavor, but only if you are not using Powdered Muscle (I recommend lemonade flavor)

    After lifting, along with fast-digesting carbs:
    -2 level teaspoons of creatine mono
    -1 level teaspoon of beta-alanine
    -3 heaping teaspoons of BCAAs
    -1 heaping teaspoon of L-arginine
    -1 heaping teaspoon of L-glutamine

    I guarantee with this amount of arginine and citrulline that you will get skin-splitting pumps. Additionally the increased NO and circulation make for firmer erections. :puke: I never had any luck with creatine until I started taking it at this amount; now it's fantastic.

    Last time I used creatine I was a total noob, might have to give it another go. Are you using 20 grams/day?

      Thanks for sharing that, man. Did you ever get headaches from taking such an amount of creatine? It actually happens to me when I take amounts which are a little higher, though I haven't done that often enough to see if the headaches could stop being an issue.

        I think a teaspoon of CM is about 5 grams, so that would be 10g on off days and 30g on lifting days.

          Sammich, how much do you weigh? (So I can figure out what would be comparable dose for 150 lbs of me)

          I'm pretty sure I've under-dosed all those supps when used in the past.

              You said that Creatine didn't work for you until this dosage- How did you know that you just weren't a "Non-responder"?

                  Great Post. This is pretty similar to what I use. Beta Alanine has become a must have for me now. It has made a big difference between using creatine alone. I know a lot of people were against HMB after the Muscle Media Days "Feels Like Deca", but I think the problem was that it was over hyped and under dosed. I like 6000-9000mgs of HMB a day.

                    I'll be toying with this myself when I start to get my strength back to it's previous bests. See how much the CM does at a higher dose.

                        I'm about 260 right now but I'm tubby, so I guess this is about how much a 220-230 decently lean person would take.

                        I never really noticed anything, but in my opinion it's one of those supplements that's so inexpensive and could potentially help so much that it's worth it to take just in case.

                        I just never noticed any difference at all. But I mean I've been over 200 pounds for a LONG time, and I was only taking 5g a day. That's nothing.

                          i havent taken l-arginine in a while either probably close to 4-5 yrs..i remember how vascular and pumped i would get using it..just pure l-arginine from NOW..im vascular anyway but using 3-4 g then training the pumps were crazy
