I've been taking this combination of stuff for some time now, and it's really helped my strength, so I thought I'd share:
Note that I measure supplements using volume and not weight, so I have no earthly idea what the gram amount of each bit is.
OFF DAYS:
-4 level teaspoons of creatine monohydrate, taken at separate meals
-1 level teaspoon of beta-alanine
-2 heaping teaspoons of L-arginine, taken with the creatine
LIFTING DAYS:
Before/during lifting:
-2 level teaspoons of creatine mono
-1 level teaspoon of beta-alanine
-3 heaping teaspoons of BCAAs
-1 heaping teaspoon of L-arginine
-1 level teaspoon of citrulline malatate
-1 heaping teaspoon of L-glutamine
-1 scoop Massive G's Powdered Muscle or high molecular weight carb source (optional, but VERY powerful and effective)
-Crystal Light to kill BCAA flavor, but only if you are not using Powdered Muscle (I recommend lemonade flavor)
After lifting, along with fast-digesting carbs:
-2 level teaspoons of creatine mono
-1 level teaspoon of beta-alanine
-3 heaping teaspoons of BCAAs
-1 heaping teaspoon of L-arginine
-1 heaping teaspoon of L-glutamine
I guarantee with this amount of arginine and citrulline that you will get skin-splitting pumps. Additionally the increased NO and circulation make for firmer erections. :puke: I never had any luck with creatine until I started taking it at this amount; now it's fantastic.
