I've got a copy and I really like it. I use it primarily to diversify my workouts. I'm always trying to find ways to change up my workout in order to continually improve my physique.

I've adopted some of Arnold's favorite exercises
    1) T-Bar row
    2) Dumbbell Pullover
    3) Machine Pullover

I definitely don't like some of his workout routines (for me). There is now way I could do his 2-a-day workouts without ending up overtrained or injured.

Overall I think it's a great place for amateurs to start.

I got this book when I was about 14 y/o or so. It is an awesome book.....dated by today's standards, but still a book for the ages.

I've got it also. I really like all the pictures of various excersies and explantions for them. Good way to find a new excersise when you looking for something different.

It's a really great book. I'd like to give a serious try at his Level II Advanced routine if I can ever find a decent gym in the area.
