Use less olive oil. Lol I don't use much.

They also make splatter guards that you can put over your pans that are vented to prevent that exact problem. I don't have one, but I've thought about it.

Stir fry (you can use cooking spray) Asian veggies with sliced chicken, low sodium soy sauce, ginger (to taste), garlic, pepper flakes, then when it is about done drizzle some sesame oil on top and serve on top rice (per carb requirement)

Burgers: You can mix in various spices and ingredients. I use Mrs. Dash seasonings then add things like diced onion and peppers (jalapeno and chipoltles are good). I also add in some oats and little bit of eggbeaters to bind the burger and keep it moist.

Baked chicken is pretty simple. Season it with things like lemon pepper, lime and cilantro, rosemary and balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce with low sodium chicken seasoning,...

Do yourself a huge favor and invest in a slow cooker. Just buy a few pounds of meat, toss it in the slow cooker with some liquid and spices, set timer for 8 hours and you're set. Shred it up and throw it in some tupperware with veggies and you have your lunches for the week.

-Eggs and omelettes thrown in a bit of low fat cheese if your macros allow for it.

                  -Tuna and light mayo
-Meats and Fishes, trim the fat, select lean cuts, eat with veggies or salad
-Burgers no bun, Cheeseburger no bun is even better
-Ground beef prepared with taco seasoning you can eat alone or mix with eggs
-Chocolate Protein Powder, 1 tbsp Almond Butter, 1tbs water, splenda packet, adjust qty's makes a great pudding.
                  -Protein shake
If it's not hard it's not worth doing...
