  • Supplement overload???

    I fear that I may be using too much please critique!!!

    Am-
    3G DAA
    1 multi
    1 cap hydroxycut hardcore+coffee

    Pre workout-
    Jack3d
    2 caps bcaas

    Post workout-
    5 g creatine
    5 g glutamine
    40 grams whey

    Before bed-
    2 fish oil caps
    3 caps zma

    Maybe I'm just a crazy nervous man but please help a bro out!!!!

      The timing of the Stims are 530 am coffee hydroxy and 4-5 pm jacked.
      (later in the day to get intense at the gym)

        my thoughts as well... unless you despise your heart there is not need to take multiple stimulants (coffee, hydroxycut, Jac3d), on a daily basis.

        Other than that it doesn't seem to be an absurd amount of supplements.

          Maybe just the coffee in the am and the pre workout junk later?

          What was really bothering me was the DAA and the zma+GABA mixture. The DAA is 3 grams in the am and the zma is 3 caps at night. Will that be too much test boosting? Or any other negative effects from them I should know about by mixing them?

            Shouldn't be a problem, but whether you need them all is debatable.

                  Only the jacked is used pre workout the coffee is drank about 12 hours before I take it.

                  Which of the supplements do you think should be removed?

                    If you are only going to remove one, I would stick with a small cup of coffee in the morning if you must, and then have the jacked for your workout. (remove the hydroxycut)

                    Personally I try to stay away from all stimulants on any type of regular basis... but I'm probably more cautious about that stuff than most.

                      Will do! The hydroxycut was given to me figured I'd try half a dose with my morning coffee and get a better jolt it is now out of the mix thanks.

                      (in all honesty I was more concerned about getting tore up from yall on the other supps) :tongue1:

                              With the DAA I've been on for 12 days now and feel pretty good. From all the reading I've done it's split between 12 day cycles and 1 month-plus cycles. I was only thinking about doing a month on and a month off.

                              Any suggestions???
