  • Forearm Development

I'm curious what everyone is doing for forearm development. Are you doing direct exercises like forearm curls or do you just hit indirectly with other exercises?

I don't normally do much for this exercise and I was thinking of picking up a hand gripper. I could just use it when I'm home, but I wonder if I'll be able to add any size to my forearms.

        lmao you guys..

        I do some forearm work.

I usually do 3 sets of wrist curls...or some reverse curls. I do high reps to get a severe pump.

cable reverse curls and pinwheel curls (kind of like hammers but in front of your body) and wrist curls and reverse wrist curls.

i just do whatever i feel like doing that day.

I do reverse curls for reps. Wrist curls heavier and hit my forerams using cables - with a reverse grip, etc. Its not a huge focus as I feel that I get my forearms in with teh other exercises. If I were to train for competition ( which I would like to do in a couple of years time) I think I would definately get more forearm work in for definition, Size you can get as I do.. but definition comes only with very specific work, well.. thats my two cents view of it
