  • My 8-week arm progress

    Probably some of you may remember me saying that my arms have always been on of my weaker body parts.
    I just wanted to post some pics to show you how things have been coming along in the last 8 weeks...

    here is a before (May) and after (July)...

              trained arms twice a week, one workout with higher volume and moderate to heavy weights, second workout more like a pump/blood volume workout with lighter weights but more reps and less rest between sets.
              Also incorporated DC stretches for arms at the end of both workouts.
              Increased calories from carbs,especilly high GI carbs so that i could put away more of them every day as i am not a big eater. When i eat stuff like brown rice and a big salad i get bloated and skip meals

                      By the way, just to be claear I ONLY used DC extreme stretches for arms but not DC training. i stuck to standard 3 sets of 8-10 reps for the most part. But extreme stretches really help with muscle fascia stretching
