Oh shit! That can't be good! I'm sorry to hear that. 5 injuries in 6 months..that's 1 a month almost :runaway: Is this the most severe of them? What's your downtime going to be like?

Nursing and injury is one thing, nursing it AFTER surgery is another thing. praying you get over this hump very quickly Future!

Eh when is it time to back off? To hang it up? I just love heavy lifting but seriously this is just not good. Im going to really think about it. Never winning nationals or compete with the world best when you were right there sucks.

But i still have am awesome life. In anothet 6 months I could be back stronger at 242 class.

I once got sick of being injured and gave it up for a full year. Best thing I ever did mentally anphysically, haven't been injured from weights since. I don't compete, except for with myself now.

And best of luck with the recovery, when I saw your name on the title I went "Oh shit again."

Not suggesting that you shouldn't still train for that because if that's what you want go for it. But, a good coach would always say in regards to our training that "most people do what they want to do, not what they should do." Just something to think about, maybe more in regards to rehab/prehab type stuff in your case, but just something to keep in the back of your head as you continue to work towards your goal. Best of luck in your recovery.
