Not sure if he still posts here, but he won the Light Heavies at the 2011 Jr. Nationals Last night. Outstanding conditioning and well deserved.

Tim Ward from Colorado also took 2nd in the welters as a well and Angie Swanson from my gym took 12th in Bikini class B.

Alex Carneiro from Colorado also won his Division in Mens Physique.

Shelby is the man! such a hard worker and so humble...not too mention he has damn impressive ham/glute development and consistently brings a hard, shredded physique to all his shows...he has done that in about 4 weight classes he competed in... The amount of improvements he made from last year's jr. nats to this years is incredible. Can't wait to see him compete again and hopefully next time the prize is a pro card.
