    I was doing dc for a few months and seeing a lot of success. I got scholarship money to come to Germany for school for a couple months though. In a couple weeks I return to the states and was seeing what you guys think would be the best way for me to get going again. I've been working out for about 3 years consistently so I do have some strength(just saying I'm not starting from scratch). Do you guys think a 3 day per week strength routine would be good til I feel I can return to dc?
