Reverse Grip Incline Bench

Never heard of this but seeing as a lot of people on here are big fans of incline stuff I'm wondering if anyone's ever given this a try. Jamie's crazy as fuck for doing these for triples without a spotter but it's what he does.

Yes for tris but for 15-20 with rest pause.
