I just thought I would share my experience of working w/ Skip on the Guinea Pig experiment. I am natural and not a mass monster by any means but I feel I retained muscle very well while dropping 18lbs. Cardio was very minimal, no strength loss at all as weekly I am still hitting PR's, and full day Skiploads on Saturdays are great. Hunger was never an issue, and just my opinion, but I see no problem running this for contest prep. Skip is the man. This is my progress in pics through the experiment. :couch2:
