I train on Wednesdays around the same time as well but was coming down with a cold so I missed my workout...

22 years old...stabbed outside in the parking lot and died just this morning. Be safe and count your blessings everyone. Stay positive and compassionate.

I trained in Oxon Hill MD and twice within a year there was a shooting at an intersection about 200 yards from the gym. Fun...
