    How many of you guys here eat whole eggs? And how many / week?

        I domt have a stove right now so I dont eat them. Normally, I usually eat 6-10 a day

                      I am one who gets sick of them. I keep my quota at 2-3 a day because of this. Jeff, if you're eating 8-10 per day, your farts are lethal and everyone you know hates you.

                      Just kidding

                      I find eggs taste better at night. I know that sounds weird, but my taste buds enjoy them more when I eat them in the evening as opposed to the morning.

                        6-12 a day blend em up raw with sugar free gello powder yummie or scrambled w/salsa cheese etc
                        Overtraining should be one of the lowest concerns. You should focus on optimal training.

                            i use jello pudding mix tastes like cake batter add peanutbutter olive gets tasting great. carefull with pudding mix can get thick

                              I throw 1or 2 in every time I eat eggs. I usually eat around 4-6 per sitting depending if I throw some ground beef in the mix.
