Agreed. I just felt it was a testament as to how far intensity can go and how efficient it is.

As a disiple of these guys, the truth of the matter is that there is only 1 set to failure. I'm sure Dante read everything these guys and Arthur Jones ever wrote, too.

I think that the early Mentzer and Yates versions of HIT were the best and most productive. Unfortunately most people associate HIT with the Arthur Jones and the later Mentzer versions.
