My back has been bad for about 2 years, and I've pretty much just been squatting and deadlifting on and off, usually rotating between them but haven't pulled at all since november last year. I decided to try pulling just right before I went to the gym since my back had been pretty good lately. But surprisingly I was stronger than ever before, just shows how amazing squats are for whole body strength, since I've been able to squat heavy for the last few months.

160 kg/353 lbs x 1
180 kg/397 lbs x 1
200 kg/441 lbs x 1
210 kg/463 lbs x 1 - *PR*
Form broke down a bit on the last single, but I still don't understand how I pulled this off.
I understand that going for PRs on the first session after injury is stupid, but what can I say? I'm pretty stupid anyways
