I was just wondering if anybody else is digging on these. Just started doing them a couple of weeks ago and just really like them. Thoughts?

Rope hammer curls

Love em. Usually a staple forearm movement for me.
I find if you really try to squeeze your grip as hard as possible every rep, the entire forearm belly just gets torched.
They also lead to nice progression, which is always something I look for.

I like these as well, I use a seated machine row setup where the cable is high and also have used the low set up and do rope hammer curls where your arms are extended in front of you also.For Training Inquiries go see the HNIC [email protected] anything else is uncivilized
