  • 4 weeks 4 days out from JR USA.

4 weeks 4 days out. In keto mode. No carbs since April 9th. We turned things up a notch. I'm still on pace to drop a lot more. Progress keeps coming. Knock on wood!

I'll be a SHW at the show. No chance in hell of making heavies.

    Thanks again to...

    Dave Palumbo for my prep.
Dante Trudel for my True Protein supplements.

Let me know what you guys think. I really don't have anybody around my area for any feed back. No bodybuilders, no judges, nothing. I go to the gym, go to work, go back to the gym, and sleep.

Looking pretty damn good man! No carbs since the 9th? Still looking full and round bro, you're going to look damn good carbed up. How much do you weigh right now and how much more do you think you have to drop?
      Heavy squats fix everything.

looks like your waist came down. impressive legs & shoulders. you'd be nearly unstoppable with a strong back, your only real weak point.

Overtraining should be one of the lowest concerns. You should focus on optimal training.

Chill out. I agree with point a, but he did ask for feedback and nobody said he had a shitty back, just that he would be unbeatable if he brought it up and it was a weak point. 90% of bodybuilders have weak bodyparts and it's not like pointing them out is talking shit at all.

                          No offense taken.

My weak points are biceps, lats, and chest.

My okay points are my delts and triceps.

My freak body parts are lower back and legs.

I think you guys are referring to my lower back as my lower lats, which I agree with. I have higher insertion points and will have to really focus on bringing them up. All I can do till then is get as lean as I can and do my best!

                            Dave,

Keep on listening to your coach. I think this is the best I've seen you look (nicer surroundings than the basement... LOL), keep on goin' and you're gonna be very happy with the finished package, I think.

Unless you had just trained chest, it looks to me like it's come up / come back to where it was (or beyond).

                            Nice job, man.
