I am following a program similar to the one attributed to Phil Hernon at PM. Warm ups one working set multiple exercises and hit the body twice a week.
Here is my delima. My gym has no Hack Squat Machine. Do I squat every week. I had been alternating squat one week Deads the other. But the only really good leg work outs I get are when I squat. I am 9 weeks out from contest and down to around 75 carbs ed. 60 pw.
