    Almost 50k sq. feet.
    3 sets of dumbells up to 100 and 1 set up to 160s.

    Lot's of equipment in that joint....I can imagine what the place looks like at 6pm on a monday night, lol.

    Fortunately I work out at a gym that is loaded like that too....

          Awww dammit I wish my gym has some 160 db, we only go up to the 120's.

          It would feel so good to do a nice dumbbell row with those 160's.

            Looks alot nicer than the gym I go to. The new gold's here his nice and clean like that but I go to the older one (People at the new gym call it the meat head gym). The equpment is a little worn but the DBs go to 200 and it isn't crowded.

                          Quietly - I can only do side laterals with 150s right now. When I start to get more than 8 reps with the 160s, I will ask. ; ) Seriously, I asked for a machine pullover about 3 years ago and they got one so I might try asking for bigger bells, too.

                          Islandgirl - You weren't their yet or I would have included you in the pic. ; )

                          dirkmoneyshot - bro, there are so many dumbells, benches, squat towers, smith machines that it would arrouse you. I just couldn't get them all in the pic.

                          Oh, and I don't own the gym. It is my home away from home. : )

                          Did I mention it costs me 60 bucks a year and day care is free, too?
