Propecia or other hair regrowth??

Has anyone who has used hair regrowth products noticed that the hair regrown is "stringy" and does what it wants?

I would imagine it is like all hair and has to be trained to do what it is supposed to do. I have no experience with this in particular but it makes sense that the new hair would not be acustomed to what you want it to do.
