Just curios as to what kind of ratios some of you guys use pre-contest and off-season? How do you determine how many calories to take in given the season?

You determine calories needed(BMR) 1 of 2 ways. I prefer to record every thing I eat for a few days and then adjust calories up or down depending on my goal. Obviously that takes a bit of homework but its very effective.
The other is a formula which takes your bodyweight times 11 (I believe thats what it was, someone please correct me if wrong), that gives your BMR then again adjust up or down to meet your goals.
My cutting ratio is roughly 60%protein, 20% fat, 20% carbs.

Finding what you eat is the best way, but again anywhere from 10 - 12x bodyweight will work. I've seen 60% protein, 30% Carbs, 10% Fat work well.

Alot like 50% Protein, 20% Carbs, 30% Fat.

      Very individual thing
Whatever your mind can conceive and believe, you can achieve!!!
