    Finally got my lazy butt overhere!!

    Whats up guys? I finally found my way overhere and I have to say I am very impressed with the quality of this board and the quality guys. I see there are alot of guys I know from other boards like Jim550, Xcel, hardbodygirl, etc. Glad to be apart of this board and I look forward to reading up on some of Doggcrapps and skips contest training articles. ( Well those they post anyway LOL!!). I also look forward to sharing the info that I have as well. I am a vet of a few boards, muscle mayhem, professional muscle, world wide mass , etc. Great board and look forward to being a contributing member here.

          I was away for a while bro for some unfortuneate circumstances that were out of my control, but those problems were solved and I am back and ready to pick up where I left off helping people and learningnew info bro. Glad to see you are still around kane. How have you been?
