This reminded me......Did anyone see the Today Show this morn? A guy decided to make a video of himself eating nothing but McD's food for a month. He gained 25 lbs! He said it was not just McD's but all the fast foods.
I can't remember all he said but he made a good point. Maybe a few people will listen.
