whats up folks. ive decided to lean out a bit so i thought i would give low carb a try. ive had a few friends that have had excellent results in relatively short periods of time while doing this, so i figured why the hell not. the only time i tried it before i was on cycle and i could get into ketosis with little effort. now i am off cycle and it seems impossible to get there. ive been trying for a few days now, kept my carbs under 20g and still not even in slight ketosis. last week i tried the insulin route (3X 3iu every 2 hours), again didnt even get into slight ketosis. what do you folks do, and/or what the hell am i doing wrong. if this keeps up i will have to go on an actual diet
and i am in no mood for that.
