Just to be clear........

This has come up a few times recently and I want to be very clear on this with everyone:

Any and all of my clients either past or present can give advice on any topic that comes up on this board or any other board. What I don't allow is detailed information that is specific to the info that that particular client is receiving. As an example, if someone asks for a good cutting diet I am going to raise all sorts of hell if one of my clients were to post their diet. Same thing with gear protocol and things of that nature. It is the specifics that are individual to that person that I don't want aired. Any other information is not only fine by me but actually encouraged to help the members of this board.
