  • Timing with T3

    What time of day is the best for T3? with or without meal? taken at the same time as other supps?

    I know it best to take while still "ON", this is taken care of.

    other relavent question:

    high or low card diet?


    looking to maxmize fat loss, diet will be clean, cardio will be a combo of low impact and HIIT (different days)

    This is a subject I've had alot of questions on too, I can relate my experiences to you but what is best I still am not sure.
    Anyway, depending on dosage I now split throughout the day, (I ran this by DPSquat the other day and he splits) 25mcg at a time. I typically go up to 100mcg max then back down. Obviously tapering slowly both ways. So I take 25mcg at a time starting 1st thing in the morning, usually a couple hours apart, last doseage before 3pm. Sometimes with food sometimes not, however if not I tend to feel a hot flash within a few minutes and will even begin to sweat profusely at times.

      KR- thanks for the info. I know to taper up and back down. I was concerned about whether or not to take with food or not.

        GNB,

        You should be fine to take it with or without food. I haven't use T3 in a couple of years, actually I think I gave the last of it to KR.

            I think I am going to stick with the low dose method, 25-50 per day and drop to 12.5 the last week even though it probably isn't necessary.
