  • Rack Chins & Regular Chins- Which Is Better???

    Guys, from YOUR personal experience, which is the better exercise for Lat development??? Rack Chins?? Or Regular Chins??

    whichever one can you add weight to more frequently will cause you to grow more

      Rack Chins are by far the best Back Width exercise I have ever done...

        i feel rack chins in the lats alot better. i have a really hard time doing regular chins so it works out for me

            Thus far, I don't like one more than the other. I think they are both great for killing the lats.

              Cool guys. I think I'm going to give this back routine a try. Let me know what you think..

              Rack Chins(weighted)- 3 sets x 8-10 reps + rep pause reps
              Reverse Grip Barbell Rows- 3 sets x 6-8 reps
              Nautilus Pullovers- 2 sets x 6-8 reps
              Deadlifts- 3 sets x 6 reps

              I plan to reverse the order of the Rack Chins and Deadlifts every other or every 2 workouts. So, I can start out fresh on the Deads.
