    Hey Guys

    Have Good Size Legs But Most Of The Size In In The Upper Quads.

    What Exercises Work Best For Developing The Lower Vastus Medialis
    And Lower Vastus Lateralis?

    Squats and hacks. Leg presses also. May be genetic but you can overcome this by training heavy! Train hard and heavy w/ lower volume!

        I have the same problem.....I like hacks they seem to help me even out my quads.

          All good answers. I use hacks all the way down, front squats standing on 5lbs plates so I can go all the way down, and try and point my toes out when doing leg extensions to really feel the teardrop forming.

            I'm not trying to be an ass here but this thread has me ALL CONFUSED.

            Vander says leg extensions with feet pointed in
            Subliminal says leg extensions with feet pointed out

            To top this off, people I listen to like Hernon (and this has been said by MANY other bros) say that leg extensions are just an accident waiting to happen - avoid 'em.

              i think the most important thing is depth on squats, hacks, leg presses etc. get deep!!
